Korean League Draft

The Korean League held a draft and Rod Benson was a first round pick. A player named Aaron Haynes was also taken and he was in the WAC with Kirk Snyder played the same position and put up similar numbers. If KOC is looking for low priced guys these two would be it. They said the Korean League will pay its draftees $400,000 less than the NBA minimum but it's real $$$.

They held it in Las Vegas right after the Vegas Summer League. I think the Hand played in this league in between stints with the Jazz.

It was kind of entertaining to watch Jay Humphries try to coach a team in the Korean league. Saw a game on broadcast TV, media had a camera in the huddle during a timeout, and he was laying into them with so much profanity and most of the players looking at him with blank stares.
