Everyone should have expected Bynum 4 Gasol speculation the second it was reported that Bynum had been suspended.
 
weird move. can't be a tank move because kobe is determined to come back. kobe will win you some games down the road. they won't crack top 8. i don't see it.

If they too much to have any shot at playoffs then maybe he won't be so determined to come back this season

Just because Kobe wants to come back doesn't mean he will. Besides the Lakers record with Kobe wasn't that good. If this deal goes down then Cleveland should be ridiculed for their stupidity. There is a reason why the Lakers stay good, because teams do trades with the Lakers to make them better. Jazz gave them Magic, Charlotte gave them Kobe and I am pretty sure the pick they used to get Worthy was from dumb *** GM giving them a pick.

If the Lakers get Bynum and then release him they are in FULL tank mode. Keeping Kobe out would just make it too obvious. Where is Steve Nash? He has been out long considering his injury.
