How warm was the water at Mead? I'm thinking of hitting up Quail this weekend, or going the extra few hours if water temps are high enough to justify it.

Probably too late on this post, sorry. Fwiw, I live 10 minutes from Quail and I won't go there for another two months or until the water is 52^ for at least three days in a row. I freaking hate that lake.

As for the tests... I killed the big general test, which is awesome because I studied my *** off for it and was still sure I was going to fail. I then proceeded to fail the state law test by 2. I didn't study that very much because the content is super easy and I passed all of the reviews and practice e tests with ease on the first tries. I was pissed. I scheduled another test for the next day, studied like a mad man for 12 hours, drove back to Vegas, took the test again, got the exact same score. Couldn't put my keys in the ignition to my car because my hands were shaking so bad. I haven't been that mentally and/or physically upset in my entire life and that is no exaggeration.

I get to drive down again tomorrow and F that test in the A. I will show no mercy.
 
What online school did you use Trout?

I remember there being some WTF questions on the state law part. Like, super specific stuff like actual dates things happened or something that nobody would remember.

Thats cool they don't make you retake both parts tho.

Oh. Honestly I had no idea you were trying to copy trout the last couple years. TBPFHWY, you'd make a damn good insurance agent if you could match his unreal job dedication.

I forgot about this thread. I meant to update it regularly so you all could see how awesome it is to live down here, but I've been catching so many that it just slipped my mind. I will try to do an updated post with many pictures for your viewing pleasure -- including a two day trip with Archibald Moses. Epicness.

Quickly; I fished in a Southern Utah Bass Anglers tournament at Sand Hollow yesterday, got lucky and paired up with the defending Angler of the Year, who has also won the last three club tournaments. I out fished him 19-5. Fish Boner ensued. (Like a shower boner, but different)
