Hey, it's just a sig. It's not a debate over the socialist state of our country. No one's being forced to change their sig. There is still a gap between the more affluent and those who don't have as much $. We're not officially socialist yet, although soon our $ will be worth nothing as the govt increases OUR debt and borrows printed money to pay for it, and causing our dollar to be worth .03 cents. Regardless of the size of our wallets the rich and poor will all be poor someday. Make friends.

And Mambo, you have the freedom to do as you please. That's your right and I am against anyone trying to take it away. But apparently some people don't have the bandwidth to accommodate your sig and are asking you if you'd change it.
 
I have seen some suggest that certain programs would eliminate the freezing effect. But, in typical Jazzfanz smartass fashion, they just leave it at that. They don't mention the names of which programs would supposedly help, but just want to act like you're stupid if you don't already know.

Then you have guys like the Joker there who assume the most assinine things about other people's computers and interent connections, all while suggesting that the "mere" expenditure of money would cure their ills. This coming from a guy whose parents probably bought him every computer component he has, eh? Go figure.

I'm the board socialist (just ask Trout). And that is not socialism.
Go read a book.

I'll give you a hint, the most affluent countries in the world right now for the most part practice a democratic socialism, where the government runs a lot of the most crucial "means of production" such as health care. These are countries where happiness is also usually the highest, and I believe pretty low crime rates. But I'm sure they're all miserable and poor. United States also has benefitted from its fair share of socialism. Medicare and Social Secuity are just the ugly ducklings in the room.

But you go on spreading your ultra con mumbo jumbo... that is driving this country into the ground and you will be right. There will be no rich, only poor. The direction we're trying to go in makes it so there will be no super-rich and noone below the poverty line. I realize that's a f'n nightmare to you ultra con upity pricks.

As an alternative to asking him to change his sig, you can always put him on ignore, eh, Freek? I don't want to do that (I've never put anyone on ignore) but it does make me quite reluctant to respond to Mambo's posts. When you do, his sig gets stuck in front of you while you're composing a response, and it takes forever. Just not worth it.
 
We're getting off topic but that's alright. I think we're about done. What book do you want me to read, Joker? Can I recommend one to you to start with? It's called The Unseen Hand by Ralph Epperson. I was floored by it.

Ok guys. Since ive gotten about 7-10 complaints ill look for a new sig, but if i dont find one as amazing as this one then i wont change it.

I don't think anyone would classify me as ultra con. There difference between democrats and republicans is surface. Really - check out that book I mentioned. Your affinity for the Joker tells me you'd like it.
