I don't see any plan in place. It's time to move away from Sloan and KOC, but that is at least another year off.

First of all, without cap space then you truly are stuck with the draft and extending your own players. Yes, they can use the exceptions but those are hit-and-miss when it comes to adding talent--especially in our smaller market competing with teams like the Lakers, etc.

On the other hand, I'm also frustrated with the lack of moves. I know it's hard to get the other team to agree but I still think we can get better if we sacrifice here and there. Of course, if that Boozer for Favors rumor ends up happening then I'm sure all of us will be singing praises to the F.O. for years to come and all of this will be mostly moot.
