I can't stand this forum, really? That much hate on Burke? This guys a sophomore, put up better stats than any of our rookies have in past time and he gets shafted for it by Jazzfanz. Lol. I give this place too much credit sometimes.
I hope Trey becomes an above average point, and Exum does the same and can move over to play the 2. We got Burks though, and that fool is a G. AB all day everyday.
So this is where I lose credibility... Im hoping we get good value off of one of these guys (Burke, specifically) and Exum grows into a star player who is one day crowned "Light skin Kobe" who can play the point, and Alec Burks is a star with Haywad, Favors, and Kanter all being legit bosses who turns the Jazz into the first super team built from the draft (Excluding Favors) and win championship among championship. History is made.
If all of our guys do exceptionally well in the starting lineup (Which it looks very good after 2 preseason games), and Trey Burke plays good until Exum is ready to come off the training wheels, we're going to be legit.

I don't hate Trey; I've just seen that he's short, slow and can't shoot or finish at the rim. But yes, he's "clutch" so we suffer his 38% shooting during the game so he can maybe make a shot in the last 5 mins...unless his shooting has put us too far behind in the first 3 1/2 quarters.
I too hope Trey is going to find some magic beans and suddenly grow another few inches and increase his game speed. Short of that (pun intended), I hope he becomes an Earl Watson-like backup. And I'm talking about the EW that had a pretty good run BEFORE he washed up on the Jazz' roster.
