Ok, here we go, as always please keep in mind to take all this with a grain of salt. Here's what it says about a man born on a Thursday.


Character
A man who's born on a Thursday is somebody who is of knowledge, he is likely to have a lot of self confidence to the point of being intolerant of others point of view. He is a leader. He is brave, likes to take on challenges and adventures. Very intelligent. On the outside he's quiet but has deep and strong emotion inside. He is very stubborn, likes to argue using logic and test out things before fully believing in it. Don't like to be with or near somebody who is fussy.

Since young, he has always been inquisitive about things around him. He is observant. He is well respected by his peers in the way that he uses logic and thinking, this in turn makes it easy for him to become a leader. In his teenage years he often has had something happened that really hurt him emotionally. The downfall is too much self confidence and reluctance to see things any other way. Cannot let go of things because of this. It's important for you to learn to forgive and forget, because any hurtful feeling isn't good to carry forward in life.


Work
You believe that your destiny lies in your hands, therefore you'll never give up on life and is a true fighter in achieving your goals. You're therefore a very diligent in gaining more knowledge through books as well as first hand experience. The people and community around you respect you for your knowledge. You like to keep improving and are motivated to do so. You don't like being repressed or controlled and hate injustice. Any jobs relating you being the leader is suitable. A job that relates to coming up with new ways of doing things is also great. Often pick a job/occupation that is the job/occupation of a 'hero' in their lives. Likely to be an employer rather than an employee. You are not a great 'team player', therefore you're likely to be very tired all your life because of having to do things by yourself. Because of this there are people who likes to see you fail - be careful of this. Don't like to take risks without guaranteed rewards.


Love
Your 'eyes' is what attracts the opposite sex around you. You don't really know how to please someone and not very romantic. You have a very high standard of love. You like someone to please you and understand your way of thinking, therefore it's very tough on the opposite sex and often times you miss out on certain match because of this. Caution: Love is not a game, it's not planning, it's about emotion not just outside appearance. Failing to do this you're likely to find the right match. Many have meet their loved ones through work. Often meet, and through a short courtship leads to marriage. You are very sensitive, demanding, and likes someone who can look after you. But because of your intolerant nature often leads to heartache.

There is a lot of truth to it, but a good portion that is totally wrong (at least in how I view myself).
Character:
Pretty much spot on, except I didn't have any huge negative thing happen in my teenage years. I'm very good at "forgiving and forgetting". I'm also pretty good at accepting other ways of doing/seeing things.
Work:
Probably the most accurate. I was the most unhappy in a job which I was just another dude, which is probably why it lasted like six months. I'm a third generation (self-employed) electrician.
Love:
Most inaccurate. My wife does love my eyes, but the rest is pretty far from the truth.

I'm curious to see how different the Thursday female's personality is from the Thursday male's.

You have a lot of patience and a real fighter in life. Being tired physically is not a problem for you whatsoever, you never give up. But you care more about being fatigue emotionally. Since birth you've been born with a lot of questions in your life. There are always family problems and problems with people around you. You're often left seeking love all the time. Some woman who's born on a Thursday are born into a very well off family but lack the warmth and love emotionally. At a young age, you were very generous to those around you, making you one of the most well loved socially. Intrinsically you love to talk, but you have to be careful to also listen to others' opinion as well. One thing to be careful of is to feel too 'cautious' about those around you, making it hard for you to trust others leading to emotional issues. If you were poor when you were young, your hardworking nature means that you're likely to end up financially well off in the end. If you could lessen your 'fussiness' you'll have intelligence, diligence, and grace, a great combination.


Work
You have to learn the skills through first hand experience for you to be tough and gain success in life. If you are too hesitant to grab opportunities or challenges you're likely to have a very tough middle part of your life. You are a quick learner, and have a great memory. You love to work with something that requires your knowledge and intellect, but also practical. Anything to do with applying your intellect would be suitable for you. Your job will likely be something that others look up and admire. You would be great at working for yourself, something that requires planning and meeting people would be a great fit. You have high level of patience, therefore working with people or as a secretary to somebody is also great. Something to do with numbers, accountancy or banking is also great. When young you had a chance to travel around a bit.


Love
Lack of love and warmth in your youth had a great impact on you as a person. Because of this you have a lot of confidence in love and seek it from your family, your loved ones, those around you. This could lead to certain misunderstandings between you and others around love. You often feel sorry for someone and this leads to confusion about love. You love a leader, somebody who could look after you, somebody who's more mature, can take care of things, observant to your feelings and needs.

Important to note that a woman born on a Thursday has the hardest times finding the right person to love (compared to other days). Therefore it's important to love someone who loves you more than you love them. Someone who always adore you no matter what. But if you pick someone because you feel sorry for them, the chance of success is going to be very low. Don't take a 'challenging view' with love - you're likely to do this because you have a lot of self confidence - don't try to have one up on your loved one, that's definitely a recipe for failure. You're likely to meet your match through an unbelievable circumstance, i.e., through your travels, or work. You're likely to be too sensitive, think too much, and keep your feelings deep inside. Try to let go of things as it's not healthy for you.

Say what you will about these day thingies, but I'm much more in-line with the Tuesday male description than a lot of the others I've seen

tbphwy, I feel I'm much more like the male version of a Thursday child than the female version, at least in the "character" portion

the only area that sounds a bit like me in the female description is some of the work part - I'm a quick learner and quite intuitive/instinctive, I am pretty much self-employed now and generally work well with people, I had/have good math skills and I did work in a bank

Thank you for the feedback Moe, yes there is variation between male and female, but typically the distinction between the different days is the most pronounced... so thank you for the feedback that you resonate with some of those for Thursday at least :)

I'm a Thursday guy I think, but as a human being I can say that all of the descriptions are as accurate or inaccurate as I choose for them to be.
