I'm positive. Rowing is part of the workout at my gym. It was PR week. I did 500 meters in1:42. A couple days later I did the 2000 meters is 7:02. My goal was under 7 minutes, and I was pissed I didn't make it. I do 100 meters in under 15 seconds on the reg.You sure? That's flying. I rowed 17 miles on the Colorado River Friday and Saturday. And the week before that I rowed 25. Camped in the wilderness on the river a few nights. It's a great time.
