Listening to David Locke

Locke is a dork and he's wrong plenty, but most fanbases don't have an analyst that churns out anywhere near the content with access that he has. Even with how often he's not right, I think the diligence he shows makes his content at least compelling and thought-provoking.

Well he's not always right I suppose, and he has his biases (as do we all) but whether he's wrong plenty is a matter of opinion. At least he (for the most part) tries to ground his opinions in some objective statistics. I listen to his podcast most days, and I find him to be quite insightful on a number of issues, and it's clear that he has inside information on a number of things, and understand aspects of the on-court game and behind the scenes issues much more so than the average fan that incline me toward trusting his opinions far more than the opinions of anyone at Jazzfanz.
Locke goes far beyond what many other play-by-play announcers do in terms of providing content for fans and opportunities to participate in forums. In my opinion, we are damn lucky to have him. While I don't agree with everything he says, and sometimes he can be condescending, if agreeing with everything someone says and does is the standard for liking someone, then just who is hell would we ever like?
He does. Indeed. But he slurps certain players and it's ridiculous.
