Go on ahead and fill your podcast with whatevs but the fact that anyone is arguing this is a real route we could or should pursue is complete nonsense. Like ignore everything you know about Kawhi the person and his body… now what if we made a huge bet to go all in on being mid in the West!!!! Wow!!! But what if it plays out exactly how it would in 90% of the scenarios and you chewed up assets for absolute no upside… sign me the **** up!!!!

He's a great all-around player when he's not injured but the dude has only ever played 70+ regular season games twice in his career.

I would only ever do this trade if The Clippers sent us picks - it's a salary dump as Leonard gets paid 50M a season for the next three years.

I would rather not lose assets and pay someone younger and less injury prone - though this season the free agent market is drying up so best we can do is take on some bad contracts for assets.
