What's new

LOL espn commentator said Hayward can be a 1st option down in fort wayne d league.

Kanter has skills no doubt, but he plays ****ty defense and has caveman like bbiq. I don't think he would hit his potential if Phil Jackson was our coach with those liabilities.

Defense too me is mostly from the coach fundamentals, just look what happened to Deng after he went to the cavs. Their defense hasn't gotten better at all.

Kanter's problems mostly stem from a lack of maturity - he gets down on himself too much when he makes mistakes. Even worse when calls are made against him he dwells on them and loses focus.

Last night was one of the handful of games in his career where he started off bad but then played better - so that's a little encouraging.

That's 'cause he knows he is going to get bitched at by Ty and then benched. It's hard to play well when you always have one eye on Ty.

Not a bad thing at all for a 21 year
Have been sayin that for a while now.

Kanter can still get better....considering only how much basketball he has played combined with his age, it is very likely he would in fact get alot better

His ceiling, dude. Nowhere close to Big Al on either side of the court.

Im not gonna pull the numbers but i bet per 36 kanters numbers are similar right now to jeffersons last year

Kanter cannot play the 5. His defense there is worse than Big Al's. Al sucked in pick-and-roll but could at least do okay defending post isolations. Kanter can do neither. A lineup with him at the 5 is a bucket every time. Barry thought Bogut was freaking Wilt Chamberlain last night, never mentioning the fact that Kanter was defending (attempting to) him. Kanter's gotta be in with Favors or Gobert to hide his defense. Unless he turns into a monster who can score every time down the floor.

Kanter has a sweet touch. He does get lost on defense and yes I also compare him to a caveman out there. LMAO

he will get better. He is a solid player.

This. He is simply not passable at center if you want to consistently win. That leaves him with two options, become a stretch 4 so that he at least makes sense on offense, or be a good 6th man in this league. If DL doesn't think he can be the former, and doesn't want to pay him to be the latter, it makes sense to trade him.

When do you know that your argument is in trouble? When you need to pull out "Per 36 or 48" stats.

Sorry man, but franklin is correctile.

Just sayin
Dude is 21 years old and reminding people of al jefferson who is a borderline all star.

It could be worse

I'm sure his per 36 is borderline all star territory lol

When you've watched NBA as long as I have you'll understand how easy it is to evaluate these questionable young talent situations. When you're seasoned, it doesn't take long to tell whether these guys have it or not. There are very few exceptions but that's something novice fans take a long while to learn.

Too bad for me that I wasn't around when you played the brainiac role you're now hiding like it's a national secret.

It's a lot more fun to play dumb, and when the time is right, pounce on the unsuspecting dullards of the board.

LOL Novice fans. Just keep on trolling...

BIG-AEEEL per 36: 21 points, 11 rebounds, 1 block,2 assist, 1.5 TO
Enes Kanter per 36: 17 points, 9 rebounds, 1 block, 1 assist 2.5 TO

Enes Kanter clearly will make the most money in this league from all of our young players. He is a BIG-MAN who can score, rebound, has high motor and is playing hard. Enes Kanter still is raw as hell, If their will be nor injury again, then he will make a BIG-JUMP next season in points of productivity. Enes Kanter will get better and better with time. Al is like a ballerina at the post, but with more confindence Kanter will achieve the same, but with playing much more physical.

Kanter is still a rookie, the same age as Trey Burke. Next season he will make a big-jump.

PS:

It´s a shame that AL was not selected into the ALL-Star game. NBA´s Robin Hood brought the Crapcats into a play-off spot almost by his own, scoring 21 points, garbbing 11 rebounds. This is a ****en disgrace.
