I got some nasty looks (and comments) from a couple of parents for running out the clock with <10 seconds and my junior girls team up by 2. Actually did it in 2 games and a couple of opposing parents were upset both times. I'm in it to teach children how to play and also try to win. And knowing the rules are part of that (in our league/age bracket you can't press before half court). No different than knowing losses are/were crucial to the Jazz getting a great pick in order to help the franchise compete in the future.
