Breaking ground on “hotel central” in 90 days. Pre-sold 45 units in 9 days.
First phase consists of an open-air “Cabo style” restaurant with swim-up bar from a 160,000 gallon pool including a 500’ run lazy river, fitness, outfitter renting Jeeps, side-by-sides, and mountain bikes, and the first 60 condos.
Will be way fun and we will have a jazzfanz event for sure.
