What are the chances that one of these three players pushes the Jazz to trade them ala Enes Kanter?

Will you follow any of them when they leave the Jazz? Will any of them become Allstars after leaving ala Millsap? Do you like brownies a la mode?

Personally I think that they can't feel too committed to our current direction with them on the outside looking in.

All 3 of their talents would thrive in a more uptempo pace where running and athleticism in the new NBA is featured.Snyder employs a slowdown offense on a young team with young legs and a city at high altitude where that's not taken advantage of.
They watch from the end of the bench the playoffs. The veterans and the slowdown pace are keeping it close but face a uphill battle to win especially without Gobert.Snyder ballyhooed as a PNR genius is unwilling to change from this strategy.
After watching this stuck in mud style, this might be Snyders coaching philosophy.Slow pace and veterans behind Gobert and Hayward.Exum,Burks and Lyles might not be buying in and willing to commit to this philosophy.

I don't understand his philosophy. It seems like if you get more good shots than your opponent you ought to win 90% of the time. Particularly if you play good D and run off a miss or turnover. A layup generally is easier than an 18 footer.

I still believe in Exum. And I still believe in Lyles, if he's willing to put in the work and get in better shape. I'm hoping Rudy pushes players to be ready for next season. Rudy has led by example and he shouldn't have to tell guys getting paid millions to be in shape, but I liked it when he called players out in the past. I think a lot of Lyles' issues began due to the fact he's not in top shape. And his bad play and limited minutes have no doubt hurt his confidence.

I feel bad for Burks. He's got skills and I can totally see him being a productive player (average 15-20 points a game) with a team that's a better fit. And honestly, I like Burks and would like to see him on a team that is more compatible with his style and will give him minutes.

A the jumpshots and threes are getting boring to watch. I thought one part of Quins offense was to attack at the 45. An Exum/Burks duo seems like it would be pretty potent. But, there seems to be little patience on these two young players.

Didn't you offer to self-ban if Hayward ever made the allstar team?

Nope just said he is not an Allstar player. It was last year and the year before that if the Jazz made the playoff with Hayward as the centerpiece I would self-ban. They didnt plus Rudy is now the best player on the team. I do like Rudy.

I dont mind Hayward. But, he is not max and should not be a number 1, or 2 our team.

Well the NBA disagrees with you. I also find your claim to not mind Hayward to be disingenuous. Your posting history clearly says otherwise.

I agree that Gobert is the best player on the team but it is close.

As for the guys above. There is still time on Lyles and Exum. They are both young sophomores in the league. To early to really tell IMO. They might be receiving intense personal coaching and development behind the scenes. As for Burks, I think moving his salary this off season is attractive to the Jazz. Isn't it 10 mill a year? That will come in handy when looking at Hayward, Hood and Hill(or another PG) needing contracts or extensions.

My vitriol comes from the blindness of fans when it comes to Hayward. If we saw him as the true third wheel he and not obsessing over burdening our team with a max money non max player I'd be fine with him.

As for Burks he came back the beginning of this season as the best player off of the bench. But, somewhere Quin quit being flexible with players forcing them all to shoot threes and jumpshots. That is fine for Hayward, Ingles, and Hoods. But, they are basically the same player type. He has had problems allowing slashers to succeed. Burks confidence is low because he is forced to over pass and take more threes than he is confortable with the same is happening with Exum. Then everyone is pointing to their low percentage like it is their fault.

Quin tried it with Kanter taking away his strengths. Everyone doesnt need to shoot threes only those who are good three point shooters should.
