What's new

I'm not complaining that we are losing games.

It is a little concerning that our young guys haven't played well enough to win us even a single game against the worst competition in the NBA.
Is it though? The last 3 games each team we played has played a more experienced roster than the Jazz.

It's not that concerning, and it's not any individual game. It's kind of the total of all of our games against the worst teams in the NBA. We haven't won any of them. Even Trey Burke was leading us to wins every now and then.

On the other hand our top picks over the last two years are injured and a project in a bad draft, so having our 16th pick, 28th pick, 29th pick, and 31st pick not being good enough to get wins isn't a huge deal.

I mean if our 3rd year center just got Potter's minutes, we probably win by double digits. We held Kyle out a lot longer than we would have if we were trying to win the game as well. The Jazz could just as easily blundered into a win anyways.

They held Kyle out because he was in foul trouble...

While I don't 100% agree with what you are saying for this game (Grimes, Oubre, and Yabusele are all NBA rotation players), losing as much as we have with our young guys is a two edged sword. Yes, it's good to have a better chance at a higher draft pick, but it's bad that our players aren't good enough to win games against bad competition.
I also think that coach isn't trying to win games that hard too though at least.
