Marvin and Jefferson for Rondo and Wallace

I know wallace is a lot to eat but this way we are essentially giving up two players for one. With the upside of rondo healing and being a nice asset next year.

That would be a horrible trade. We still don't know if Rondo is completely healthy. The Wallace is the real problem because he is on the down side of his career and Jazz would be giving up cap space to sign their own guys or a FA next year.
Besides with the emergence of Burke why would the Jazz need Rondo?

that'd be sweet ... we'd have a great point guard on the floor at all times ... and rondo could play the two at times .... this would help our big men a ton .. we have to scrap the tank plan and push for the playoff's ... we's still have some cap room to grab a vetrin two gaurd that can play defence and shoot the three .... add a decent bench and we will be contenders once again

I don't want Rondo for one reason: After next year, you will have to resign him to a close or a max deal, and he isn't worth it. If I knew he would resign for 13 per, I'd do it in a heartbeat, but he should want to get paid and someone will pay him. I wouldn't want it to be me.

Couldn't we turn around and trade him for assets though. The whole point of the trade we be to be worse this year and acquire assets. I don't think Boston wants him for the reasons stated above. They could trade rondo for assets, the problem is if they want to make big moves in free agency(something they are capable of doing) they still need to dump wallace.
