Since he declined early termination, doesn't that immediately make him a part of the roster, and thus someone who we can trade in a deal to move up in the draft? Not that anyone would want him, but doesn't this make him eligible before the moretorium?

I think you are right..... he is tradeable, but untradeable at the same time due to the fact that he stinks

I think Marvin will greatly improve next year. He could possibly be a good 6th man.
