I thought it belonged here since Sloan was a candidate.
Seems like a third degree of separation.
How exactly the guy got the job, I'm not sure of. But the good news for Charlotte: chances are, he can't do any worse.

I read an article that they had it narrowed to Sloan, Brian Shaw and Quinn Snyder. Sloan withdraws, Shaw got cold feet and they just couldn't pull the trigger on Snyder. Too slimy I guess.
Brian Shaw is going to get better opportunities down the line, so why blow it on Charlotte?
