Millsap is my starter. If I'm the coach, I'm sticking with that guy.

It's Al that needs to go, and I can't believe that this year hasn't made this fact clear to everyone on this site. It makes me curious how many people here just look at the box score.... He's not a good team player.

Burks/Watson (+Lillard? +Rivers?)
K.Martin/Bell
Hayward/Carroll (+QMiller?)
Millsap/Evans
Favors/Kanter

If I were in charge, you'd be in for a lot of this. Trades involving Howard, CJ, Harris, and Jefferson would be coming soon.

I think Millsap is the guy as well. Well at least he's the guy when he's not hanging his head for not getting picked as an all-star.
If Big Al has to go, then the Jazz better get at least a good shooting wing and a cheaper back up big guy in return.
Also.... there probably wouldn't be as much of a problem if Corbin would actually entertain putting Millsap and Evans at the 3 once in awhile.
Both of those guys can definitely play that position when not defending elite Carmello-like players.
This would ensure that all of these young guys get a lot more time to develop, and Hayward and CJ would NEVER have to play the 3 position.
Which in my opinion, should never happen anymore.

Jefferson and Sap are both going to have to be traded...

Huh? Why? I can think of one instance why, and that assumes A LOT of things. For starters:

1) Favors ends up legitimately better than Millsap (and Jefferson)
2) Kanter ends up legitimately better than Millsap (and Jefferson)
3) Despite the arguable facts of #1 and #2, Millsap refuses to do the reasonable thing and for the first time in his career, pull some prima donna ****.
