Millsap for Bledsoe?

I haven't asked him those questions and I'm not going to quite yet. His text to me was very clear that he can't discuss and I'll respect that. But I would have to guess he'd love to lead a team.. If he came to Utah, he'd start.. I know the jokes, but I'm sure.

I want to believe this but after the last two seasons I just can't. I have no faith in TyCo anymore.

I think you are right that he would start, at least a few games after he got here, until Mo came back.

If we trade our face of the franchise IMO I would think we'd have to start the guy, but by that same logic you could say the same things about the Deron trade and well we're 0/2 on those players that came from that deal.

Do we really want to give Millsap to the Clippers though? I mean, that would be a HUGE boost to their team. If he likes it so much that he re-signs, it could really bite us in the *** for future competition.

I'd say look to improve yourself before worrying about what other teams are putting together. Regardless of if other teams improve or not, if we don't improve, worrying about future competition is moot.

If he doesn't get excited playing alongside Favors & Kanter, as a PG, then I don't know if you CAN get excited.

Face of the franchise is a little strong, IMO.

Wouldn't you guys rather have a PG who passes the ball every now and again?

Yes. But I'd rather have a PG that has any chance of improving above anything else. As it stands, the only PG the Jazz can develop is a gerrymandered SG.
