Without getting too detailed, showing a Jazz game on a movie theatre screen would be a clear violation. There are numerous lawsuits for violations of this, including the playing of music in public venues without a license.

You don't have to, but the O face definitely shows that you are well cultured and will get gain you a large amount of respect. If the o face is not used, ending the last syllable with a grunt seems to work.
