Really enjoyed watching the game with you guys after the last poker game. That was the inspiration for mini meetups. I normally watch the games by myself, which is fine, but having other Jazz fans to watch it with is WAY better.

I want to do a mini meetup at least once a month throughout the season. Hopefully other people will do them as well.

I love this idea, and had a great time during that poker game as well.
 
Just another reminder. Crazy how fast stuff gets pushed to the third or fourth page around here.

For those who've said they'll be there, or anyone else that wants to chime in, should we wait to see who's there and who wants to bowl or should I get a lane as soon as I get there? We don't have to bowl at all, could just post up in the bar area. I'm pretty much good either way.

If no one has an opinion I'll probably wait until there are a few people there and we can decide what we're gonna do.
 
If there are enough people I guess you could go for getting the lane already. I suck at bowling but I'm pretty good at having a beer at a bar.

I love bowling and im good either way but the most important thing to me is getting to focus on the jazz game and drink. So if we do bowl, then we need to be able to watch the game the whole time and understand that bowling will go slow because i aint taking my turn to bowl unless its a commercial break or there is a trip to the line.


Oh and in case its not obvious........ i will be there.
 
Yeah, I agree that watching the game takes precedence for me. I'm not going to reserve a lane. When we're there we'll decide what we want to do.
 
Just read through the thread and realized there were more people saying they'd be there than I thought. Hope everyone who was into it before is still planning to go! Should be fun. Love meeting fellow jazzfanz.
 
Looking good for me to make it, wife wants to come. Only question now is if we have to bring the kids or can get grandma to watch.

In any case, looking forward to it.
