Mo Returns to the Trainings

Whoahh........ WTF!!!!

We're about to get rid of Jefferson/Millsap but now we might be locking up Mo long term & put Burke on the bench for 4 more years?

Hahahaha... it's great being a Jazz Fanz...

What? Sarcasm, right? I think it will be more relieved that he isn't traded and forced to relocate himself for the 2nd time in a year.

Any player who says that is pretty much quit already to me, but it's Mo we're talking about here and whether if he likes it here or he has this master plan to screw the organization over, I think he might stay. But then I also think he better not.

What the **** are you talking about?

I guess I'm in the minority that wants Mo to stay. I think he is a good starting PG, not great, and is the best stop-gap we will be able to get. If he wants to stay at a slightly discounted rate, I would be overjoyed. Draft Burke, have him be Mo's backup for a year, then transition Mo to a Jason Terry role.

I like him too. Maybe it was not the season he could show it all tackled by injuries. I was just screwing around with some thoughts of mine since his media day talks. It'll all be good.

Mo's 30. There's no way he'll stay for a discounted rate. He'd want a swansong 4 year + contract, just in case he got injured again.

I bet he'd stay. He's made decent money, and if he wanted a four-year deal I bet he would accept in the ballpark of $6-7M per. Dude's got five kids now...I bet he wouldn't want to uproot them again.

It doesn't make much sense to re-sign him if the Bledsoe trade goes through. If our PG of the future is Burke or McCollum, bringing him back makes a lot of sense.

LOL.. are you serious?

You know as well as I do that as long as we have Ty as our HC, bringing Mo back would mean that we'll effectively sit Burke on the bench for 4 more years.

That's the reason he'll need the money bro!!!

No doubt but even though of course I wouldn't know how is it to be an NBA player's kid, you know kids right? They set a life in some place embody some relationships that are special to them and they are destructed by the option of leaving. But then again, it has not been even a season for Mo yet. So I guess money would win as you say.

yep.

So Mo was injured. Did we miss him? No.

Will we be a better team with him? No.

We might add some outside shooting with him playing but I'm against resigning him.

He is quite a chucker and often plays out of control. I don't want any veterans starting for the Jazz. It's about time for the youth movement.
