Mobile internet or other internet options?

So I am in need of another internet company that can provide both home internet and a mobile access card. We recently switched to clear because qwest was a pain in the *** and we did not like them.

The problem with clear is their rep lied to us to get us to sign up. We don't like direct withdrawal and they promised us we could change after the initial sign up. We can not do it.

So I am hoping some of you on here have suggestions about companies you use for both and like. I play PS3 and Xbox on line so they must provide unlimited access to the internet in my home.

I was looking into Verison but it is unclear whether they can do the home part and was wondering also if anybody used them.

Thanks for any input you may have.

Dunno if Comcast has mobile or not, but they have had some sweet deals on their service thru the Best Buy reps. $29.95 for a year, and super fast.

I've used the Verizon mobile hot spot (3G) at home. You want to stay far away from that option. While it is mobile and home usable, it's severally slow (think dial up speeds, well maybe a little faster than that, but not much) and has a 5gb per month limit, anything over 5gb and it's more money per gb (10 bucks a gb). I ended up ditching the mobile hot spot (had to pay the early buy out) and went back to Comcast (Xfinity). I do believe they actually have a mobile usb modem, but i'm not positive.

We actually stuck with Clear. They are not bad. Just had a bad experience with an out and out lie from the salesman. Be aware that clear will never send you a statement and is 100% paperless. They say they will email a statement but we have asked 4 times and have yet to get a single statement from them.

It's 4G and is about as fast as the DSL we got rid of. I play Black ops and it works fine.
