again it is not only about wedding.

as quinsnyder states less and less has/is becoming sacred.

sooner or later human live will no longer be sacred. if less and less becomes sacred.
so what society is trending towards will sooner or later affect me.

get my drift. not gonna stop people from doing this.
but it worries me where society is going

If you want to protect the sacredness of marriage that is a noble thing. But shouldn't you be more focused on preventing divorces and making it more difficult to get married (such as stopping Vegas drive thru weddings) instead of worrying about who can get married and what they can do at their own wedding?

you are free to get married and diveorced every other year.
you are free to do drive thru weddings.

i forgot that obama made jokes about russia and ukraine and geopolitics.
people are dying there. yet obama made a joke about it. clearly those lives are not sacred and should be joked about, to win a popularity contest and become a president.


it is only a matter of time when a presidential campaign will be some corny relaity show, where people can vote via text/twitter

I learned at a young age that there is a time and a place for such things. To me, a wedding ceremony is not the time for such. Again, that's to me and what marriage is to one person or couple differs from that of another and I can respect that though I do disagree with it.

That said, the mooning or doing such hammy things that've become trendy as part of the wedding pics to me is not as classless as it is pathetic. Sorry, but your mooning is not kitschy. Dutch and yourself so it seems don't have a point. Butchy isn't living life unless he's whining or complaining about something. He's given himself a life mandate in this respect. He speaks about people not being offended but he himself is always offended by things that have nothing to do with him. Like you said, "to you" a wedding is this or that. And guess what? It still is. Nothing has changed in respect to your opinion about what a ceremony should or should not be. If people want to be kitschy or classless that's their ****ing prerogative. No one else.
