Only one of them had american citizenship. Slovakia? Lithuania? Ukraine? Nepal? It was blatant murder of foreign tourists/non believers. One Ukrainian survivor told news that 3 days before attack some strangers visited their camp and tried to convince everybody to convert to islam or other wise "they will burn in hell".

Who says they didn't know the risks? What a beautiful world we live in when people are able to evaluate the risks and decide one way or the other for themselves and then forced bear the consequences. It sure beats me not being able to go in Nutty Putty Caves because one guy took some risks, got stuck, and died.
