So I have no problem at all with someone getting reassignment surgery, but I say HELL THE **** NO to having the state pay for elective surgery of ANY kind. This would open the flood gates for all kind of ******** from breast augmentation to dick-enhancement surgery. So vote **** NO on "will the state be forced to pay for elective surgery".
