Don't know why Cleveland would do this.
They don't get a veteran all star they want in the deal.
They maybe give up a chance to get LeBron back with this deal.
They push back any attempt to get to playoffs.
They have had horrible success making draft picks and give away a consensus all star with Embiid.
Makes no sense to do this deal.

The offer sheet would be for around 8.8 million (125% previous years salary). Still risky, but if he really didn't want to be in Utah, then it would be an option, and couldn't he sign with a team for 1 year at the max available?
