Eh, don't know if there's a limit though there is talk of either having one or having something like rep reset or some other "penalty" (that penalty I wouldn't give a **** about personally). Actually, I just imagined that. The idea is that nobody with an active infraction can do it, and it may be the policy now for all that I know. It would seem like I should know these things, but it is what it is.

Usually I'm against name changes, but I'm all for this one.

I have a 311 event staff shirt I got from being on their security detail when they did a USO show on my ship. I passed on getting it signed because I didn't really know who they were.

Very first concert I ever went to was 311 at the Liberty Music Hall in Lawrence, Kansas. A small *** venue, and this was before Grassroots (their 2nd album) came out.

Instant fan for life here.

That's the tune that introduced me to 311. I got that album and eventually I bought Grassroots, which is one of my favorite albums. Interestingly, the rest of their stuff I'm just luke warm on.
