name this steak sauce?

My bbq sauce is the nectar of the gods. People regularly choose to eat it with a spoon and slather it on everything from fries to steak to chicken and fish and steamed veggies.

That said, I think a nice sauce can add to a great steak. My favorite is a simple board sauce, with lightly sauteed onions or shallots, garlic, and fresh herb mixed with the juices from a resting piece of meat heated through and draped on top. I also love a little dollop of blue cheese dressing on a nice steak, right on top, as it adds a nice contrast as it melts with the juices of the steak. A1 is decent as well. Don't like Heinz 57 much. Also like a little worcestershire sauce on a steak at times. I can eat the steak entirely naked too as long as it is cooked rare.

The implication was that a sirloin, when eaten, needs steak sauce. I did not say they were good, I did not say I always eat them, I did not say I was too cheap to buy good steaks... I did not...
