Having only lived here and in Georgia, just curious, what is it you do in to the night that can't be done here?

I would like to hear the answer to this as well. I swear it is mostly just vinyls perception of SLC rather than reality. Boring people are usually bored. Also businesses that close at nine do so because they don't do well later businesses that do do well stay open.(clubs, restaurants,coffee shops, etc)
