NBA Skinny: Trade deadline chatter by Matt Buser @yahoo

Does anyone who loves Jackson so much understand that he averages 16 shots a game? Or that he averages an absurd 37 minutes a game which inflates all his per game numbers?

Sounds nice, but as Darkwing Duck mentioned, this is a bad trade financially. Has anyone else thought the Jazz are holding on to Kirilenko because they think they can re-sign him next year for 4-6 mil a year? With AK already mentioning he wants to stay in Utah, I think the Jazz are biting the bullet this year on his huge contract to be able to give him an affordable deal next year that is good for both parties.

I don't even want to talk about trades because the end result will be a profanity laced tirade because no move was made.

To be fair, the Jazz moving to get Jefferson was a bold move even if it SEEMED lopsided. I'm pretty sure that's the most money the Jazz have taken on in a trade, regardless of how much they sent out.

The Jazz did a few things in the last year that allowed me to believe they don't just sit around on twitter and make fun of their fanbase. And it is fair to say that this team is still trying to figure out what they're doing.

THis trade is a no brainer. Wallace and Jackson would improve scoring and toughness. DO IT!! [/QUOTE

i think this trade also adds some toughness in jazz's private jets, these 2 players will easily get into arguments and fights on jazz's private jets, just like O.J Mayo and Tony did.
