We all know the streaming selection isn't huge but there are actually lots of quality options. Lots of good TV, movies, and documentaries. Some of what I've recently been watching:

TV:
King of the Hill
South Park
The Office
Dexter
30 Rock
Futurama
Arrested Development

Movies:
Shutter Island
Black Hawk Down
Thin Red Line
The Big Lebowski
Metropolis

Documentaries:
Vice Guide to Travel
Crossing the Line
Encounters at the End of the World
Most National Georgraphic and BBC docs.

Anyway, share your diamonds in the rough that we can Watch Instantly. Thanks.

Here are some that I've watched.

Movies:
Sex Drive - Very funny movie.
Phoebe in Wonderland - Really loved this movie. I rated it 5/5 stars. Very touching story.
School of Life - Enjoyable movie, with a good message.
A Nightmare on Elm Street - The original, which I had never seen.
Cashback - Didn't know of this before seeing it on Netflix Instant. I rated it 5/5.
The Legend of Bloody Mary - Absolutely terrible horror movie. Watched it around Halloween.
Amusement - Another horror I watched around Halloween, but I enjoyed this one.
The Exorcist - Had never seen this, and enjoyed it.
Satan's Little Helper - Falls in same category as Bloody Mary, but was even worse. Very disturbing movie.
Finder's Fee - Watched this because it has Ryan Reynolds. Good movie.

Documentaries:
Super Size Me
Food, Inc.
Beautiful Daughters
Prodigal Sons
Capitalism: A Love Story

Beavis and Butthead were at their pinnacle during my teenage years, so needless to say I've been streaming a ton of that. Being a huge Mike Judge fan in general (Office Space, Idiocracy) I have now started revisiting all of the King Of The Hill seasons. I actually didn't watch a lot of the series while it was on TV. I was pissed at Judge for abandoning Beavis and Butthead and putting all of his efforts towards that. I could kick myself for not watching the series years earlier. It only enhances the genius that is Mike Judge.

Me and the misses tend to gravitate towards the TV Series that you can stream. In Plain Sight, Rescue Me, Weeds and Pshyc have all been really good. In fact, Pshyc is some of the best stuff I've watched on there and I thought I was going to hate it.

Agreed, King of the Hill is amazing. I wish I would have appreciated it while it was still running. BTW: Beavis and Butthead is coming back soon.

KEK and I have been texting for months now regarding TV and film. He's given me some good recommendations and I've done the same in return.

Anyway, any reco's from you fellow NETFLIX members?

I've got a few to get the conversation going...

Happy People: A Year In The Taiga
Klown
Outrage
Battle Royale (a re-visit of this classic)

Shows:

The Walking Dead
Orange is the New Black (for the wives and not "family friendly")
Sons of Anarchy (seasons 1-4 last I checked)
The 4400
Breaking Bad

I have yet to have seen any of SOA. Orange is cheesy but a good watch. I enjoy it. The 4400? Never heard of it.

4400 is pretty awesome at first but loses steam and starts to suck

I've been watching Continuum. Decent Sci-Fi time travel show out of Canadia. It doesn't hurt that the main character is super hot.

Isnt that about that time travling cop that has come back to the present day to stop some terorist group from her time?

Looks like a rich man's Jodie Foster.

Funny you said that. For the first few episodes I was like "who does she remind me of?" and I finally figured out it was Jodie Foster.
