I generally agree.Well because you ask so nicely but if a Dante homer speaks foolishness I have to state reality. Utah is chasing greatness not fairy tales like Dante, but in this case dumbass DL made a mistake and we have to just go with it

Gotta admire the way Memphis is milking that Conley trade:
-2 1sts, Allen, Crowder, Korver, 25M TPE from us
-then they used part of the TPE to absorb Iguodala and GSW 1st
-then they used the rest of the TPE, Korver's contract to absorb Josh Jackson, Melton and 2 PHX 2nd round picks(which are likely to be good seconds because PHX is trash)
-and now they are trying to trade Iggy for another 1st...
So when they draw the line if they succeed they might have:
-4 1sts, Allen(1st from last year). Crowder
-Josh Jackson, De'Anthony Melton, 2 PHX second rounders
There is a real chance they can get at least 2 other seconds for Crowder if not a 1st.
Huge props to their FO ... this is a masterclass in maximizing aging asset.
No (basically).Do we still have the Burks trade exception and if so, how much is it?
I love that they’re not planning to buy Iguodala out.Gotta admire the way Memphis is milking that Conley trade:

Yeah, great choice. Iguodala must be a great player to have around to teach the young guns a trick or two as well. Why should they pay him all that money to go somewhere else?I love that they’re not planning buying Iguodala out.
I saw a Grizzlies fan on twitter cheering on the Jazz’s moves and said “we small market teams gotta stick together” and I really like that.
Good for the Grizzlies. Guess they're hoping a loser in the Kawhi stakes will want Iggy as a consolation prize.Grizzlies are resisting a buyout on Iguodala and trying to trade him. His salary is $17 million and there’s the whole “nightlife” non-sense, but is that something the Jazz could try and trade for?
You are trying to give half the forum heart attack...

I’m fine with that if they’re willing to have a bet with me.
