Yeah too conservative. As a coach if you can't get 1 yard I dunno what you're doing in the NFL.

Ya I always say that if you can't get a yard then you probably don't deserve to win the game.

The other thing I always say is "what would the opposing team prefer the offense do on 4th and one, punt or go for it?"
I guarantee that the coach for the team without the ball is hoping the team with the ball punts. So imo you should go for it.

Colts division sucks though.
Titans were one of the worst teams in the league last year and have not been to the playoffs in a long time and currently suck.

Jaguars have probably been the worst team in the league so far this decade and currently suck.

Texans have not been to the playoffs in many years and they are not very good either (don't know if I can say they suck but their qb was Brian hoyer and now is ryan mallet.... Sucktitude at qb)

Depends on where you are. Going for it on your side of the field is too risky. If you dont get it, you give the ball to the team in scoring position. If you're at the 50 yard line I would go for it if I my offensive line was consistently outplaying their line in short yardage situations.
