Has anybody heard the rumor that russell wilson is going to play major league baseball and leave the nfl.if the seahawks win?

Guys, for someone who doesn't watch/follow NFL most of the season, except for the Super Bowl - which team should I root for???



I'm leaning towards Seattle, cos Manning has already won heaps of trophies, etc.

I was at a party last night and a guy was telling me that he wants to be the first guy to win a championship in the nfl and major leagues or something.

He was saying that wilson was drafted in baseball but chose football instead.
I guess he would be playing for the texas rangers if the rumors are true

Ah. I'm biased towards baseball so I would definitely choose that over being a professional football player, but I think that would be an incredibly foolish decision on his part. I think over-confidence blinds him in this case.

Guy you went to à party with is a ruhtard.

Rangers drafted Wilson suuuper late just as a little bit of a publicity thing and also because they like his character and wanted him to be a part of the organization in some way. Wilson said he is going to go work out with the team in Spring Training.

Keep in mind that 99.9% of people don't know **** about sports, or anything really.
