NFL Discussion Thread - 2013

So it appears like the Browns are trying to rebuild....

After trying to rebuild for the past few centuries (as it seems).

Some teams just never stop rebuilding.

I think Cleveland feels Richardson is eventually going to break down so they're selling while they can - but for only 1 first rounder that is certain to be somewhere in the 20-25 range? I dunno.

I feel bad for Cleveland fans. With the exception of the Lebron era, they've been rebuilding in all sports for decades now.

Always planning for a future that never seems to arrive

Alex Smith sucks.

I mean, holy crap! Am I the only one who can see it?.

I don't care about his qb rating the last couple years. He is ****ing terrible. Check down after check down, roll out after roll out. Terrible throw on the run after terrible throw on the run. Amazingly bad accuracy. No guts. Predictable.

WTF am I missing?

Dude, srs?

Last few years he's winning games and not making mistakes. How is that terrible?
I don't care how pretty it is, a W is a W.

Alex will be hated on forever. Could win 3 Super Bowls in a row and still wouldn't get credit.

He's like 26-5-1 in his last 32 games or something crazy like that.

You know those interception things that Eli Manning throws like 9 times a game? Those are bad bro.

£¥£ Retiring at 20,000 £¥£

I think its obvious that alex smith is a game manager, and he is very good at it.

I think if he ran an offense like green bay (no running game) then he would look bad.

But he is pretty good at using what talents he has and not making mistakes (except for his rookie year..... I think he had like 11 picks and zero touchdowns or something)

Leshawn McCoy is probably the most fun player to watch in the nfl
