I recently read The Browns have lost 21 out their last 24 inter-division games. They also play The NFC East for their out-of-conference games.
I think 8 wins for Cleveland this year would be a resounding sucess.
10 wins would be a boderline miracle.
What's your sleeper team? every year somebody comes back from a terrible season to contend for a playoff spot. Last year the 8 worst teams were the Colts, Rams, Viks, Browns, Bucs, Skins, Jags and Fins. At least one of those teams will surprise.
Aside from my Brownies I also like the Bucs off of that list.
If Tannenhill proves capable I think The Dolphins could win 9 or 10 games. Their defense is already above average and they have plenty of veteran pieces on offense. I don't expect Bush to repeat his second half from last year but that may be a blessing in disguise being Daniel Thomas may be the better overall back
Plenty of veteran pieces? Who? Long? Fasano? Bush? Compared to the rest of the league, that's suspect. Tannehill (not Tannenhill) has virtually no one to throw to (Bush and Fasano are his best two targets) and I'm not sure how they'll even score 17 a game.

That said, they do have a solid defense and I really like him and think he might be a stud qb, though my gut tells me he'll be average, or sort of like Mark Sanchez. But no way they win 8+ games against the Pats twice, a desperate Jets' d, and a much improved Bills' team.
