Nicknames...

What is going on with the horrible nicknames that are being dished out left and right? I mean The Big Turkey for Kanter? The Human Pogo-Stick for Evans...really? Sadly, the best there is so far is The Bulldog, but that's still not great. Why aren't there any decent nicknames for the big time players? Millsap needs a nickname...the Millsapapotomus!
