I dont mind Jeremy not making the dunk contest since he hardly even plays in the NBA, but when this is your list then I feel like it sucks he did not make it.
I am surprised the NBA did not announce it wants all Jazz players and fans to not come to any all star event this year or future years.

No one should be surprised. Evans has 14 DNP-CDs on the season, and he played 9 whole minutes the entire month of February - all garbage time in two blowout losses. You can't record two grainy, iPhone videos of Evans doing some mediocre dunks in a practice gym and expect the league office to take you seriously.
The worst part of this is that we're going to be hearing Matt Harpring whine about Evans being "snubbed".

Evans dunks in practice aren't anything special anyway. Jumping over a player? Really? That's the dunk you're expecting to get you into the dunk contest? Nobody outside of Utah fans knows who Evans is anyway. Besides, the NBA has changed the way they judge the dunk contest this year. It's all a fan vote. No more judges holding up cards. Each dunker gets 3 dunks and then the fans vote via text, twitter who wins the contest.
