NO VS Jazz 7pm MTS - Ingles will be out Wednesday...

Somebody else will put it better, but it feels like we are confident at the wrong time (hero ball) and lack the confidence to go out and take a game right now. We are broken right now. A 5 pt deficit at 3.5 mins felt insurmountable just by the body language--defensive lapses etc.
 
What a deflating loss. I was so committed to this season and still am, but I will end up in a deep depression if the Jazz continue to lose. Come back, Rudy!
 
We dont have the depth this season to lose 2 of our 4 best players in Gobert and Exum. Next season we really need to add a solid vet at the wing and at the pf/c spot. I did not expect Booker and Hood to be this much worse this season.

This season isnt over. If we get Gobert back and stay healthy we will make a run and make the playoffs but it is going to be hard.
 
Had the lead and two turnovers in a row by Hayward and the momentum shifted.

I'm a firm believer in riding a guy if he's hot and Hayward and Favs were on fire in the third and he takes them out....

I think this sums up the Jazz perfectly right now. Obviously Rudy is THE key to the team's success. As the roster is made up now, there isn't enough. Hayward isn't a true superstar who the Jazz can count on down the stretch of games. Both he and Favors are ideal 2nd option players. It works a lot better when the Jazz are elite defensively with Gobert on the court. Gives them more leeway.
 
So where is the learning experience from all the close games? Losing too many closes games it ruins their self-confidence.

This story that it is a young team and so on does not work anymore. This team has no balls. The only player with character is Gobert and is out.
 
The defense and overall lack of effort and talent is extremely disappointing.

So everything they did last year was Gobert and Exum ?
 
This team is exhausted though. They 2 losses to OKC took a lot of steam out of this team. They really went all in those games physically and mentally. We need some rest and some monster games from Hayward and Favors going forward.

I also dont know why this team doesn't feed the hot hand. Favors is dominating in the third and cant miss yet he doesn't touch the ball multiple possessions during that quarter or just runs the hand off play.
 
Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe this game.

We just let a 1-12 team come into our home and absolutely blow us the **** out in the 4th quarter. It felt like a statement loss, if such a thing exists.
