Watching Ace play his best game made me think where we are right now in this rebuild. He may be long way of developing from "flashes" to "consistent force", but man the flashes look good. Dude actually has effort all around and tries to do a lot of different things. Tonight his decission making was also fine.
In addition Keyonte had his worst night in a while statistically and was in serious foul trouble, but somehow still didnt look terrible or cause me to raise eyebrows a lot. Instead he had a few "wow that was a great move" moments, and the mistakes didnt shine through. Considering this was his "worst game in weeks" it feels right to say his 3rd year leap is legit and the dude is just 22 so there may be more to come (he has room to increase both his volume and efficiency).
If Ace pans out and Keyonte has even higher levels he can reach, then we may already have a great offensive core between them two and Lauri. Just saying, the ceiling seems to be there for both these dudes. Exciting times.
