Batum telling Portland he wants out and into Minny? My caliphate what's wrong with Utah? Seems like veterans are pushing there way into every city except Utah, Sacramento, & that Canadian one these days.

I think it was franklin's special way of saying something equivalent to "my heavens" or "my goodness"
