I was under the impression that it already had...
So far it's just gone through the Human Rights Commission and an appeals court.

Oh ok. I would be interested in the decision that the NM supreme court reaches.
To clarify, my last post was actually wrong. It started with the Human rights commission, went to a district court, and then the state appeals court. Every venue has ruled in favor of the lesbian couple.
I will have to look into this. What exactly are they arguing that I do not see? Interesting
IF gay marriages are made legal, it will only be a matter of time before the LDS church shuts down temples because they won't perform gay marriages. THAT's why they are fighting it so hard. Extremists (on both sides) don't want freedom for everyone, they want freedom to make you do what I want to do.
They are talking about health care, wise guy. Obesity and poverty are also correlated. Poverty and crime are correlated. Education and poverty are correlated.
I'm no expert...
I will agree with Stroked, but do it a lot simpler: If I don't want to serve you, I'm not going to, for whatever reason I freaking want. It's my business and I don't have to cater to you if I don't want to. This is absurd.
I should have drank enough last night to miss that post. It's not everyday on here that we see Troust agreeing with the KKK.
Long live the days when the town's only doctor refused service to blacky, for whatever reason he freaking wanted. But by Gordon, they have to sell their watermellons and cotton to that doctor's grocer or not earn a living because they don't hold the power to do otherwise. That's freedom.
