This "will Flagg be a star or not" debate is pretty hilarious if you deep dive into the arguments. Naysayers are not trying to deny what he is (a smart well-rounded player), and his supporters are not denying what he isnt (a self-creating scorer or a great shooter).
But for whatever reason both sides draw a line very far from each other. Its like one side is saying that he isnt gonna develop those mandatory superstar skills at all... while the others seem to consider it a gimmie that he will because the foundation is so good.
Where is the middle ground and who would the comp if he develops some offensive creation but not enough to be considered a legit superstar?
