*Official 2014 NFL Draft Thread*

He's a long-strider. Long legs cover a lot of ground...I would assume he has a slow turnover rate for his 40 speed though.

40 times are overrated. Game speed is what matters. For example, Marqise Lee ran a 4.50 40, but he blew by everybody at USC...dude plays fast. I rarely saw Evans blow past DB's...but that's understandable due to his size. I wouldn't dare compare him to Calvin Johnson, but he is quite good.

Dunno wtf all that means, but Evans def gained seperation from db's in college.

He's not relying on his 40 time for his draft stock, he is a gamer and just needed to not have a bad 40 time. I heard people saying he would be waay slower than 4.47

Lol Pac-12 defense.

I'll go Jared Abbrederis as my WR most likely to surprise us looking back at this in topic in 5 years. Tough, sliced up Ohio State for 200 yards just purely from good route running and ability to make tough catches. Posted a 4.5. Good frame. And was definitely underutilized because Wisconsin just tried to pound everybody at the line of scrimmage.

Michael Campanaro. More people have heard of Abbrederis than Campanaro. Both are good though...Abb's has had some injury issues though. I also think underutilized is a stretch and a half...dude had 78 catches this last year. How the hell is that underutilized?

You want Watkins? Rams receivers blow, don't they?

Watkins is #1 on my list, with their first pick, whether it's #2 or a trade down, they had better come away with someone from the group of Watkins, Clowney, Robinson, and Jake Matthews. If their first pick is someone else, it's a whiff. Watkins is my hope. Robinson and Matthews are going to be outstanding, but I think with the Rams playing with house money, don't play it safe: go big.
