If a person came to my door right now, and said: "Sir, if you give up one of your kidneys to us, the Jazz will draft Jabari Parker and sign Fred Hoiberg to a contract spanning several years. Are you up for the offer?" I'm confident I would respond by saying: "Yes".

Don't think he'd have a problem. Played in the NBA for a decade and worked in front office after he retired. He knows the NBA
 
THOUGH, I would give Hoiberg some extra points since he is a former NBA player, think that could help out the transition.

I would counter offer that my kidney is worth Wiggins and Tom Thibadeu
 
McBuckets with only 3 shots? That's about the only stat you need to see to know Creighton is down big.

The big factor with Hoiberg is that he went from the NBA to college, most coaches do it the other way around.

Based on what I've seen and read, I would have no problem with hiring Hoiberg.

It should also be known that I don't know jack **** about basketball.
