Time to forget about moving up. **** Deron. If the Nets win tomorrow, they will be one game behind Detroit.

If that pick drops to #7, I am going to be **** pissed like a ****.

If Deron falls on his wrist and breaks it I would probably smirk a little. There is no reason at all he should be out there.

Kevin Love didn't even play tonight and they still only beat them by 2. Detroit should win tomorrow but who knows.

I'm hoping the Ghost of Jerry Sloan sneaks on to the court and pulls that stupid headband down over his eyes. Whatever happens after that is an act of God.

Well I think the coin has not been too kind to Utah in the past. I think NJ could easily lose the rest of their games simply due to the injuries. However, getting one or two more spots doesn't mean the Jazz will move up and they could easily move down. I remember reading somewhere the 6th spot is the spot that has moved up the most. I could be wrong but it would be a bummer to get the 4th spot and then move down to the 6th spot. I will just wait until the lottery before getting too excited because I remember being disappointed in the DW/CP draft.

Past performance has nothing to do with odds. For example if the roulette wheel comes up black 10 times in a row, the 11th spin is still equally likely to be either red or black. Having said that, the basketball gods hate the Jazz.

Kings beat Houston. Huge win. Still one game behind the Nets but keeping up. Good job Sac-town.

A Warriors win tonight wouldn't hurt things.

Tough, tough night. Minny and Detroit both had leads late and just couldn't hang on. The sixth seed may very come down to NJ vs. Detroit on Wed. They both have 4 "winnable" games left:

NJ: @Det, NY, @Tor, Cha, @Chi
Det: NJ, Mil, @Cha, Cle, @Phi.

The last game of the season always scares me as some teams will rest starters if playoff positioning isn't at stake. At least we know NJ can't catch anyone else. And I just don't see Sacramento making up a game. Yes, they just won @ Houston, but they play SA, OKC and the Lakers. Road games against Memphis and Golden State seem like the only decent chances they have to win.
