Official NJ Nets Watch

Wizards are in the "game" now, and their last one is vs. the Cavs. Very winnable, which when coupled with a NJ loss in Chicago gives us a tie. Now if the Kings can win tonight or vs the Lakers, they're AHEAD of the Nets. That would give us either the #4 or #5 pick, depending on a coin flip... Not too shabby if this all comes down!

. Washington plays @ Cleveland, so there's a chance, but the Wizards have been horrible on the road (3-37).

Cleveland has a shot at being tied with Minnesota for the worst record in the league so why would they want to win?

And, the Pacers-worry is futile. A play-off bound team is not going in the lottery so we don`t have to worry about them.

Pacers need to help us out by finishing AHEAD of the Jazz in the standings. After the Jazz win over Hornets, best we can hope for is a tie with the Pacers...

I thought the Pacers were in the playoffs. Doesn't that automatically keep them out of the lottery?

Sorry 'bout the Pacers posts; I obviously don't fully understand this whole lottery thing. I thought non-playoff teams draw for the lottery which is like the 1st 3 picks, and after that everyone else was seeded based on their W/L record, regardless whether they made the playoffs. Not so?

Teams out of the playoffs pick ahead of playoff teams, regardless of record.

Looks like the Kings are going to fall despite hanging with OKC for most of the game. Tyreke Evans didn't play and is questionable for the Laker game.

Marcus Thornton threw up 23 shots making just 8, that's the 2nd time in 3 games he's done that

Canceled out Cousins beastly game

With one game to go, Sac and NJ are tied and Washington is just one game back.

Assuming both Sac and NJ lose their final game, and Washington beats the Cavs, there'd be a three-way tie and a chance to move up from 6th to 5th or 4th.
