Uhh... Hayward played SG all of last season while Richard Jefferson started at SF.
Ugh....I'm gonna ban you.

guys, we haven't had a franchise player since 2010 (and even then, it was debatable if Der was good enough, sigh at least we could inspire futile hope and win a PO series, let alone get into the POs). its been 4 years now. and it looks like we aren't going to get one this year, which was our best chance to get one (its now between a guy who cant shoot --- like, not even free throws, a pg who is 30 lbs out of positional adequacy and would be playing behind someone who is also just a marginal talent, and ANOTHER PF who just screams lack-luster to me). WTF. I honestly don't know if i can stand to watch another tank year. This is one big ol fat pile of **** in my face. The future has become much dimmer.
Your dream is to consistently win 30-35 games? This is my DREAM lineup:
Burke
Hayward/Burks
Randle
Kanter
Favors/Gobert

Pod race was worth it!!Well that's a bummer. After enduring an entire season of 'the tank,' at the end of the day, we still only get the 5th pick. Big whoop di doo. I feel like the poor schmucks who waited in line for days to see the Phantom Menace must have felt, "You mean, I went through all of that for THIS? The anticlimax letdown of the whole thing just feels like such a stupid waste. I don't care what the circumstances are, I'll never jump aboard another tank bandwagon.
Look I wish we had traded Marvin early on and had a few more ping pong balls myself. But, I think the Cavs have shown that even with a string of #1 picks you aren't guaranteed anything.
Buck up folks. IMHO this is much more of a 5 man draft anyway. Vonleh is a very nice prospect. I'm not sure there is any drop off from Parker to Vonleh to be honest. And heck, we even have another 1st rounder to add to the team with. And with this deep draft we could get another good prospect.
It's not all doom and gloom.

Not disappointed at all that Cleveland got the pick. Would much rather have had them jump over us, than Lakers, Celtics, Denver or Phoenix. Cavs will pick a great player, who will prosper on a bad team and then demand a trade. Meantime, the Jazz get the highest pick among the WC teams and have a ton of salary space. All is well.......................unless Boylen is hired, but that's another topic..Tonight was obviously disappointing. Maybe we will be better in the end for it by picking a player that is being undervalued right now. The saving grace for us is that the Lakers and Celtics didn't jump into the top 3 ahead of us. Cleveland can go **** themselves though. I am so tired of them getting these top picks. I hope they screw it up.
i dont know about the draftees, but is there any good SF we can pic top 5? i believe we should go for a SF
